Terms of services

  1. Check in / Check out time is 12:00 Noon.
  2. Visitors are not permitted in guest room after Mid-Night. 
  3. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the guest room. 
  4. Safe deposit Lockers are available free of charge with the Cashier.
  5. I agree to pay all charges incurred by me during my stay in the hotel , and to settle my account once it amounts to [Mention Floor Limit] unless prior arrangements have been made.
  6. Masters Master is not responsible for items lost or misplaced in the apartment. For your security, a personal safe is provided in each apartment.
  7. Kindly inform Guest Service of any changes to the above information. 
  8. Pre-termination is not allowed. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments. A USD 10,000 charge applies for each Proximity Keycard that is damaged or misplaced.
  9. Please do not smoke in your apartment as a deep cleaning surcharge of USD 15,000 per day will apply if you do so.
  10. The Management Does Not Take Responsibility For The Loss Of Valuables Left In The Room.
